The position requires strong leadership, CDL driving capability, and the ability to work in field environments. A valid CDL and willingness to travel to job sites are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plans and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a supervisor.

• Communicates with property owners about access and work scope.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports for crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and optimal use of resources.
• Furnishes reports on orders completed and incidents as needed.
