Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to trim, top, and reshape trees to clear powerlines. The role requires climbing, operating tools, and maintaining safety on job sites.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading equipment, feeding debris to the woodchipper, and coordinating with customers and authorities to ensure safe operations. A valid driver’s license is required and union affiliation may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No fear of heights and ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Training provided; entry-level position with potential for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Trim, tops, and reshape trees to clear powerlines.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and feed debris into woodchipper.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe condition.
• Coordinate with customers, law enforcement, and safety protocols.

Skills
