Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber for full-time, on-site work. You will trim and remove trees, operate and maintain tools, and ensure safe work areas. The role requires climbing, handling heavy debris, and strong safety awareness.

A valid Driver's License is required; education is high school level or equivalent, with no mandatory experience. Training and benefits are provided, with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Able to walk, climb ladders or at various heights on uneven surfaces in demanding weather.
• No fear of heights and able to handle equipment.
• Good hand–eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trims and removes trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools and equipment.
• Cut and split large debris into manageable pieces.
• Spray areas with equipment to prevent further growth.
• Load/unload trucks and feed brush into a woodchipper.
• Repair minor damage to lawns, fences and walkways.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in work areas.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Inspect tools and equipment and arrange repairs when needed.
