Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a hard-working Trimmer/Climber in North Carolina to trim and remove trees while working from elevated positions. You will operate and maintain timber tools and equipment, load debris, and help keep job sites safe and organized.

This role offers on-site work with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and practical training for new hires. Entry-level seekers are welcome; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position, no experience required.
• Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees and branches at height.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds debris into woodchipper.
• Sets up barriers and traffic controls to protect workers and the public.
• Assists in training new employees.
• Maintains safety and housekeeping on job sites.
