Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber for a full-time, hourly position in Lumberton, NC. You will trim and remove trees, operate and maintain crew equipment, and help keep job sites safe and productive.

The role requires physical fitness, the ability to climb and work from ladders, and strong teamwork. Training will cover safety protocols, tool operation, and rescue procedures. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operates and services tools/equipment.
• Cuts and splits large debris into manageable pieces.
• Relays hand signals, directs traffic, drives, and operates trucks/equipment.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clean and orderly.
• Safeguards employees and the public from hazards in the work area.
