Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Neenah, WI is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to join our field crew. This full-time, non-exempt role involves trimming and removing trees, operating tools, and performing required maintenance and safety duties in outdoor conditions.

You will work with teams to protect people and property, learn equipment use, assist training, and support truck operations while maintaining a clean worksite. Entry-level welcomed; valid driver's license preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position; no experience required.
• Willing to work in outdoor conditions and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Trim and remove trees and branches.
• Operate and service tree-handling tools and equipment.
• Cut and split debris into manageable pieces.
• Spray areas with equipment to prevent growth.
• Load and unload trucks and manage brush.
• Maintain and clean trucks and work areas.
• Follow safety protocols to protect workers and the public.
• Assist in training new employees.
