Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring a Trimmer/Climber / Bucket Operator to perform tree trimming, bucket work, and equipment operation in outdoor work zones. The role is full time and non-exempt, with a focus on safety and efficiency in field conditions.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, willing to work at heights, and ready to learn rigging, truck operation, and general maintenance. This entry-level position offers training and a path to more advanced line-clearance tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position, no experience required.
• Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment.
• Relays signals, directs traffic, and assists in safety setup.
• Assists in training new employees.
