Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer Trainee in Wisconsin to assist with tree trimming and removal tasks. This entry-level role requires physical work outdoors and adherence to safety protocols. You will operate tools, assist crew, and support site preparation and clean-up throughout daily assignments.

The position is full-time and hourly, with benefits available and opportunities to learn tree-care techniques on the job. Training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position; no experience required.
• Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment.
• Relays hand signals, directs traffic, drives, and operates trucks.
• Cooperates with customers, police, and fire departments when blocking streets or driveways.
