Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to trim and remove trees, operate equipment, and manage debris as part of a safety-forward team. You will assist with training new employees and help maintain safe work zones while coordinating with drivers and crew members.

The role requires physical stamina, comfort with heights, and the ability to comply with pre-employment requirements. This full-time, non-exempt position offers hourly pay and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Must be able to walk, climb and work from ladders at various heights.
• No fear of heights; good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans up debris and loads/unloads trucks.
• Relays hand signals and directs traffic around work area.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clean and orderly.
• Trained to perform tree and bucket rescue.
• Assists in training new employees.
