Dynamic Eco Home is seeking a Tree Operations Manager in Texas to own day-to-day tree service execution, oversee subcontractor performance, and coordinate multiple active projects. You will ensure scopes of work are clear, keep homeowners informed, resolve field issues, and grow our subcontractor network.

The role emphasizes scheduling, safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction, with a performance bonus tied to satisfaction, quality, and efficiency metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing field operations, construction, landscaping, tree service, or similar.
• Experience coordinating multiple crews.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Tree service experience.
• Knowledge of tree trimming/removal operations.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• CRM or Field Service software experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules of multiple subcontractor crews and ensure scope clarity before arrival.
• Coordinate dozens of active projects, schedule efficiently, and resolve conflicts.
• Serve as the operational contact for homeowners with proactive communication.
• Verify work matches scope and conduct quality inspections; minimize rework.
• Recruit and vet qualified tree service subcontractors and build backup crews.
• Improve scheduling, communication, and overall operational efficiency.
