Qualifications

• 3+ years managing field operations, construction, landscaping, tree service, or similar.
• Experience coordinating multiple crews.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Tree service experience and knowledge of trimming/removal operations.
• Experience managing subcontractors and CRM or Field Service software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules of multiple subcontractor crews.
• Ensure scopes of work are understood before start.
• Coordinate dozens of active projects concurrently.
• Provide proactive homeowner communication and resolve concerns.
• Conduct quality inspections and minimize rework.
• Recruit and vet qualified subcontractors and build backup crews.
• Improve scheduling, communication, and operational efficiency.
