Job summary

Aspen Tree Expert Co.,Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee residential and commercial field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable tree-care projects.

You will lead foremen, climbers, and crews, coordinating with sales to schedule work, allocate resources, and maintain quality and safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tree care/green industry.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of ANSI Z133 safety standards and A-300 tree care standards.
• Valid Real ID driver's license.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple crews simultaneously.
• Ability to operate scheduling and production management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for residential and commercial tree care.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet goals while maximizing efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with company policies and ANSI standards.
• Lead and mentor foremen and crew members; conduct safety briefings and training.
• Review production data and labor costs; manage overtime and productivity metrics.
• Provide operational feedback to sales and support timely production timelines.
• Ensure timely completion of work within scope and customer expectations.
