Job summary

Dynamic EcoHome is seeking a Tree Operations Manager in Richardson, TX to own day-to-day tree service operations, manage subcontractor performance, coordinate multiple active projects, and maintain clear scopes of work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing field operations, construction, landscaping, tree service, or similar.
• Experience coordinating multiple crews.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• CRM or Field Service software experience.

Responsibilities
