Job summary

Wright Tree Service is seeking a Crew Leader to provide leadership and coaching to a tree-trimming crew while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on the job site. You will allocate tasks and prioritize work as directed by the General Foreperson, and you will monitor production to meet project goals.

In this role you will work near energized lines, operate various equipment, and uphold company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience on tree trimming or clearing crews or completed applicable skills assessments.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must have valid First-Aid and CPR cards or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coaches crew to meet production goals and ensures safety compliance on site.
• Identifies hazards and uses appropriate work methods to mitigate risk.
• Directs task allocation and prioritization of work under General Foreperson guidance.
• Maintains records and reports related to crew production and costs.
