Job summary

Landscape Services, Inc. in Nashville is seeking a Tree Crew Member to support our team in maintaining healthy trees and clean job sites.

You will perform tree operations, groundwork with equipment, rigging support, site cleanup, and uphold safety standards while collaborating with crew leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license (CDL is often a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50–80 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in extreme heat or cold.
• Good communication skills to follow instructions from crew leaders and work safely with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Tree Operations: Help trim, prune, and remove live, dead, or storm-damaged trees.
• Groundwork: Operate woodchippers, brush mowers, stump grinders, and chainsaws.
• Rigging Support: Manage ropes, pull lines, and hoist tools to support climbers and aerial bucket truck operators.
• Site Cleanup: Clear, chop, and load cut brush and logs onto trucks for disposal.
• Safety Compliance: Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety rules around traffic and power lines.

LSI is looking for a Tree Crew Member to join our team. Working in teams and to help maintain landscape health, clear hazardous branches, and clean up job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Tree Operations: Help trim, prune, and remove live, dead, or storm-damaged trees.
• Groundwork: Operate woodchippers, brush mowers, stump grinders, and chainsaws.
