Job summary

Landscape Services, Inc. in Nashville is hiring a dependable Crew Leader to supervise a small team delivering commercial landscape maintenance year-round, with winter snow support.

Lead 2–3 crew members on job sites, perform mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup, operate trucks and landscape tools, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
