Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Martinez, CA is seeking a Tree Care Services Business Developer to manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. You will collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal administration to respond to bids and hit sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of mid-to-senior B2B selling, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, TCIA or Certified Arborist certificates, strong presentation skills, and a proven track

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of face-to-face B2B selling experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Tree care industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates with account managers.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, sales presentations, and negotiations.
• Log activity in Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams to drive larger sales.
