Job summary

Sperber Landscape Companies is seeking a Tree Care Manager to lead sales and supervise direct reports in the tree care division. You will coordinate sales efforts, prepare estimates, and ensure adherence to contract obligations while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a California driver’s license, and proficiency with Windows/Office tools; bilingual capabilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess and utilize good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and managers.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must possess a valid California driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the Company's insurance carrier.
• Competent in basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows 95, Office 97, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tree Care Sales and supervise direct reports.
• Work in a team environment and be courteous to customers.
• Attend homeowners’ meetings when necessary.
• Recruit, interview, and evaluate potential employees.
• Direct, counsel, and evaluate direct reports.
• Prepare estimates, collect production data, and present sales proposals.
• Keep regular contact with prospects and accounts, and develop new prospects.
