Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, a field-based Tree Care Sales role in Tucson, seeks a proactive BD to manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing. You will partner with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal administration to win bids and hit sales targets.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of mid-to-senior level B2B selling, tree care expertise, and strong presentation skills. Travel and in-field client meetings are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• TCIA or Certified Arborist certification.
• 3–5 years of extensive B2B selling experience.
• Service-industry sales experience desirable.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a large territory.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM/SFA tools.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals in a longer selling cycle.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates for existing clients.
• Lead heavy phone prospecting, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Network to secure new tree care accounts in targeted markets.
• Achieve sales goals and work independently.
• Log activity in Salesforce consistently.
• Collaborate with internal resources to drive larger tree care sales.
• Build trusted relationships with key decision makers.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Plan daily activities and close business.
