Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Tree Care Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a commercial tree business in a fast-paced environment. You will lead service delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure post-project follow-up aligns with expectations.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and a focus on safety and quality. A proactive, ethics-driven approach is essential to sustain BrightView’s standards.

Qualifications

• SA Certified Arborist preferred.
• Analytical skills and basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills (listening, oral and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build solid business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial tree business.
• Sell Tree Services to improve site conditions.
• Drive customer satisfaction through open communication and regular site visits.
• Schedule work and write work orders.
• Coordinate with Business Developer for post-project follow-up and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Submit final paperwork for billing and collections.
• Demonstrate ethics and integrity while prioritizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
