Job summary

The Woodward Resource Center, part of the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, seeks a Treatment Program Manager to lead an interdisciplinary team in delivering person-centered care. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required.
• Nurse registration or MD licensure required where applicable.
• One year direct hands-on experience with persons with intellectual disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated, interdisciplinary team to provide assessments, interventions, and supports.
• Monitor service implementation and report trends with corrective actions.
• Supervise subordinate staff and oversee resident treatment supervisors.
• Collaborate with staff to define and improve quality of services and outcomes.
