Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. is seeking an HCBS Programs Manager to lead a caregiving team in an in-office setting in Iowa. You will monitor services, coordinate individualized plans, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care that respects each person’s goals.

The role requires on-call rotation, strong communication, and leadership to empower teammates and clients alike. Full-time hours with benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cohesive team culture with regular meetings and on-call coverage.

• Coordinate person-centered service plans with CBCM and IDT, maintain documentation.
• Serve as a primary liaison to individuals, families, guardians, and case managers.
• Ensure compliance with laws and advocate for independence and dignity.
