Job summary
Residential Transitions Inc. (RTI) is seeking a Community Services Program Manager to oversee waiver programs and supervise staff who provide IHS and 24-hour Emergency Services in Minnesota communities.
The role includes clinical evaluations at a program level for individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or brain injury. You will lead staff through training, performance reviews, and licensing compliance, and coordinate with case managers to support participant success and
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree related to human services with 1 year direct care experience.
- Associate degree with 2 years direct care experience.
- Diploma with 3 years direct care experience.
- 50+ hours of education and training in human services with 4 years direct care experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Metro area.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Mental Health Workers providing IHS and 24-hour Emergency Services.
- Provide guidance, performance reviews, and ensure training compliance.
- Monitor licensing, documentation, and program budgets.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and external case managers.
- Develop and refine programs with a person-centered service approach.
