Morris Park Dental in the Bronx is seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented team player to present and sell treatment plans. You will explain proposed treatments and financials to patients, manage scheduling, and support the dentist with administrative tasks in a fast-paced office.

We offer a competitive salary with health insurance, paid vacation, a 401k plan, and bonus/commission based on cases sold. Must have strong computer skills and be comfortable with Dentrix.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of dental office experience.
• At least 2 years of treatment planning experience.
• Comfortable with dental billing and insurance protocols.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Treatment planning and presentations.
• Patient scheduling.
• Assist with incoming patient phone calls.
• Assist patients with applying for credit and other financial assistance.
• Provide the Dentist with administrative and practical support.
• Follow office protocols to ensure efficiency.
