PACS is seeking a licensed practical nurse/licensed vocational nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility and to supervise nursing assistants. The role requires ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and guiding staff to deliver high-quality care.

The position includes directing day-to-day nursing operations, maintaining nursing documentation, and participating in care planning.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
• Direct nursing staff and supervise adherence to written policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain the Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance.
• Perform administrative duties including reports, charting, and discharge planning support.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and facility surveys as required.
• Provide leadership and coordination of nursing care and related services to residents.
