Job summary

PACS seeks a qualified Nursing Supervisor (LPN/LVN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise the day-to-day activities of CNAs in a long-term care facility. In this role you will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, direct staff on patient care, maintain documentation, and participate in quality assurance and discharge planning to support resident well-being.

Strong leadership, communication skills and a valid LPN/LVN license are required; experience in long-term care

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse with current license.
• Experience supervising nursing assistants.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing assistants' functions.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Coordinate shifts, services and activities.
• Complete and file required resident records and reports.
• Participate in surveys and QA programs.
