We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Nurse - LVN or RN to join our growing team. Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistent attendance are crucial for this role. Responsibilities:

• Perform dressing changes and wound care.
• Monitor and follow-up on all ulcers and incisions, with proper documentation and communication to physicians and families.
• Assess weekly nutrition and hydration of residents with ulcers and incisions, and initiate additional nutritional support as needed.
• Review lab reports for signs of infection, evaluate causes, and communicate findings to staff and management.
• Augment floor staffing as necessary.
