Your Impact as a Charge Nurse - LVN or RN

In This Role, You Will

• Guide Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Administer medications safely and properly as prescribed.
• Implement care plans in accordance with policies, guidelines, and physician orders.
• Perform treatments to promote resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments timely and accurately.
• Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
• Educate support staff on nursing policies and resident care needs.
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to infection control and body mechanics procedures.
• Respond to staffing needs by arranging replacements as necessary.
