Your Job

We are looking for a friendly and experienced nurse who can work the overnight shift. This nurse will provide nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patient’s needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, as well as state, federal, and local guidelines. Your Qualifications
  • Current LVN/LPN or RN license in practicing state.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
  • Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.
Your Responsibilities
  • Follow established procedures for charting and incident reporting.
  • Manage narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction according to company procedures.
  • Document changes in patient's condition, including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or other noticeable changes.
  • Use the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring in appropriate programs.
  • Document and notify relevant departments of patient room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
  • Make rounds with physicians when necessary.
