Job summary

The Springs in Prescott, AR is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN Treatment Nurse to join our care team. You will provide resident-focused nursing care, document observations, administer treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

As a full-time role, you will work 8-hour shifts with on-call requirement, benefit from PTO, health/vision/dental insurance, daily pay option, and access to necessary supplies in a supportive, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Observing, assessing, and documenting resident conditions and changes
• Performing skin assessments in accordance with facility procedures
• Implementing interventions to prevent pressure ulcers and educating staff, residents, and families on their importance
• Administering treatments and medications as per physicians' orders and clinical guidelines
• Managing skin tears, surgical wounds, and other conditions
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation
• Assisting with infection control surveillance and adherence to principles
• Monitoring subordinate staff activities and assisting in incident investigations
• Identifying and securing necessary equipment and supplies for wound care
