Job summary

Thespringsar in Arkansas is hiring a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) to join as a Treatment Nurse on a full-time basis. You will provide direct resident care, administer treatments, and work within an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Observing, assessing, and documenting resident conditions and changes
• Performing skin assessments per facility procedures
• Implementing interventions to prevent pressure ulcers and educating staff, residents, and families on their importance
• Administering treatments and medications per physicians' orders and clinical guidelines
• Managing skin tears, surgical wounds, and other conditions
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation
• Assisting with infection control surveillance and adherence to principles
• Monitoring subordinate staff activities and assisting in incident investigations
