Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services. You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to monitor healing, document progress, and communicate care plans with physicians and families.

This role emphasizes independent work within a supportive, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate holds an active LVN or RN license and has experience in wound care, strong assessment and documentation

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred).
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-centered environment.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care.

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In This Role, You Will
