Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an active LVN or RN license in good standing and bring experience in wound care, strong assessment and communication skills, and a resident-centered approach to care. This full-time role is on-site in El Paso, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In This Role, You Will

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
