Job summary

The Springs is actively hiring a full-time LPN or RN Treatment Nurse to join our dedicated care team. You will observe and document resident conditions, perform skin assessments, and implement interventions to prevent pressure ulcers.

You will administer treatments and collaborate on individualized care plans, ensuring accurate documentation and ongoing infection control practices. This on-site role offers 8-hour shifts, PTO, health coverage options, and flexible scheduling as part of a

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in good standing
• Experience in long-term care or treatment nursing preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, and document resident conditions and changes
• Perform skin assessments per facility procedures
• Implement interventions to prevent pressure ulcers and educate staff, residents, and families
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered and per guidelines
• Manage skin tears, wounds, and other conditions
• Collaborate with the team to develop individualized care plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Assist with infection control surveillance and adherence to policies
• Supervise subordinate staff activities and participate in incident investigations
• Identify and secure equipment and supplies for wound care
