Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and patient-centered treatment for residents. You will assess wounds, perform dressing changes, monitor healing, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.

In this role you will educate staff on wound protocols, communicate with physicians and families about care plans, review lab results for infection signs, and assist with floor staffing to ensure

Qualifications

• Holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Has experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred).
• Possesses strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Works independently and thrives in a team-centered environment.
• Demonstrates a compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns

• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing
