Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to provide high-quality wound care and treatment services within a care team. The role emphasizes clinical expertise, reliability, and collaborative practice to improve resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires active LVN or RN license in good standing.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection
