Job summary

Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes and ensure reliable, compassionate care in a full-time setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active LVN or RN license, have wound care experience, and demonstrate strong assessment and communication skills while working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Has experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred).
• Possesses strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Works independently and thrives in a team-centered environment.
• Demonstrates a compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care.

In This Role, You Will
