Job summary

Apploi is actively hiring an LPN or RN Treatment Nurse to join our Camden, AR team. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and on-site care delivery in a residential setting.

You will perform resident assessments, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans while maintaining accurate documentation and compliant infection control practices.

Qualifications

• Observing, assessing, and documenting resident conditions and changes
• Performing skin assessments in accordance with facility procedures
• Implementing interventions to prevent pressure ulcers and educating staff, residents, and families on their importance
• Administering treatments and medications as per physicians' orders and clinical guidelines
• Managing skin tears, surgical wounds, and other conditions
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation
• Assisting with infection control surveillance and adherence to principles
• Monitoring subordinate staff activities and assisting in incident investigations
• Identifying and securing necessary equipment and supplies for wound care
