Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team in College Station, TX. You will deliver high-quality wound care and collaborate with physicians, families, and other clinicians to improve resident outcomes.

The role requires an active LVN or RN license, experience in wound care is preferred, and a resident-centered, team-driven approach. We offer comprehensive benefits and support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in good standing with the state.
• Experience in wound care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
