Assure offers comprehensive dental treatment in its facilities. We offer General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics (Braces), Periodontics (Gum Disease), Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy), Oral Surgery (Dental Implants and Wisdom Teeth), and Pedodontics (Children's Dental Specialist).

Our dental affiliate owns and operates many PREMIER dental facilities under different names in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are a growing company seeking qualified, team-oriented individuals to promote the importance of routine dental health care and our services. With over 45 years of collective management experience, our offices are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiography. Although busy, we do not operate like a typical clinic. We aim to attract and retain quality-oriented staff with excellent work ethic and communication skills. The Treatment Counselor is the champion of patient satisfaction in the office. Treatment counselors ensure patients have a great experience and understand their diagnosed treatment. They also serve as financial and insurance benefit coordinators to facilitate treatment acceptance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Exceed patient expectations in customer service
• Achieve sales and collection goals
• Greet, communicate, and keep patients informed about their visit
• Obtain high treatment acceptance by explaining treatment costs, insurance coverage, and financial options
• Solicit referrals from patients
• Manage patient scheduling to ensure productive days

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
• Knowledge of Dental Billing
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with an ambitious sales attitude
• Outgoing and friendly personality
