Smile Finders is a licensed referral service approved by The California State Board of Dental Examiners. We offer referrals for General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics (Braces), Periodontics (Gum Disease), Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy), Oral Surgery (Dental Implants and Wisdom Teeth), and Pedodontics (Children's Dental Specialist).

Our dental affiliate owns and operates many PREMIER dental facilities in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are a growing company seeking qualified, team-oriented individuals to promote the importance of routine dental health care and our services. Position: Treatment Counselor

The treatment counselor is responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction by providing a great experience and explaining the diagnosis and treatment options. They will also coordinate financial and insurance benefits to facilitate treatment acceptance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Exceed patient expectations in customer service
• Achieve sales and collection goals
• Greet and communicate effectively with patients about their visit
• Explain treatment costs, insurance coverage, and financial options to obtain high treatment acceptance
• Solicit patient referrals
• Manage patient scheduling to ensure productive days
• Promote patient retention

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
• Knowledge of dental billing
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with an ambitious sales attitude
• Excellent communication skills
