Smile Finders is a licensed referral service approved by the California State Board of Dental Examiners. We offer referrals for various dental specialties including General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Pedodontics.

Our affiliated dental offices operate multiple PREMIER facilities in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are a growing company with over 45 years of collective management experience, equipped with state-of-the-art technology such as digital radiography. Our offices are busy but operate with a focus on quality, ethics, and excellent communication.

The Treatment Counselor plays a key role in patient satisfaction, ensuring patients have a positive experience and understand their treatment options. They are also responsible for financial and insurance coordination to facilitate treatment acceptance.

Primary Responsibilities include:

1. Exceeding patient expectations in customer service
2. Achieving sales and collection goals
3. Greeting and informing patients about their visits
4. Explaining treatment costs, insurance coverage, and financial options to increase treatment acceptance
5. Soliciting patient referrals
6. Managing patient scheduling for productive days

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
2. Knowledge of dental billing
3. High school diploma or GED equivalent
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
