Smile Finders is a licensed referral service approved by The California State Board of Dental Examiners. We offer referrals for various dental specialties including General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Pedodontics.

Our dental affiliate owns and operates several PREMIER dental facilities in the Greater Los Angeles area. The Treatment Counselor plays a key role in ensuring patient satisfaction. They will ensure patients have a great experience, understand their treatment plans, and assist with financial and insurance benefits to promote treatment acceptance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Exceed patient expectations in customer service
• Achieve sales and collection goals
• Greet patients and keep them informed about their visits
• Explain treatment costs, insurance coverage, and financial options to obtain high treatment acceptance
• Solicit referrals from patients
• Manage patient scheduling for productive days

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
• Knowledge of Dental Billing
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Self-motivated with an ambitious sales attitude
• Outgoing and friendly personality
