Our dental affiliate operates multiple premier facilities with state‑of‑the‑art technology, including digital radiography. Treatment Counselor / Treatment Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator

Full‑time position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Exceed patient expectations in customer service.
• Achieve sales and collection goals.
• Greet, communicate and keep patients informed about their visit.
• Obtain high treatment acceptance by explaining cost, insurance coverage and financial alternatives.
• Solicit referrals from patients.
• Ensure highly productive days by managing patient scheduling.

Requirements

• 1‑3 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Knowledge of dental billing.
• Equivalent of a high school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
