Smile Finders is a licensed referral service that is approved by The California State Board of Dental Examiners. Smile Finders offers referrals for General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics (Braces), Periodontics (Gum Disease), Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy), Oral Surgery (Dental Implants and Wisdom Teeth) and Pedodontics (Children's Dental Specialist).

Our dental affiliate owns and operates many PREMIER dental facilities under different names in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are a company in growth and we are looking for qualified, team-oriented, people to promote the importance of routine dental health care and our business. We have over 45 years of collective management experience. Our offices are all beautifully appointed with state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiography. Treatment Counselor

The treatment counselor is the champion of patient satisfaction in the office. Treatment counselors will ensure that patients receive a great experience and understand the treatment diagnosed by the dentists. They will also be financial and insurance benefit coordinator experts to obtain treatment acceptance from our patients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Exceed patients expectations in customer service
• Achieve sales and collection goals
• Greet, communicate and keep patients informed about their visitObtain high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage and financial alternatives
• Solicit referrals from patients
• Ensure highly productive days by managing patient scheduling
• Patient retention

Requirements

• 1-3 years customer service or sales experience
• Knowledge of dental billing
• Equivalent of high school diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Self-motivated and ambitious sales attitude
