Primary Responsibilities

• Exceed patient expectations in customer service.
• Achieve sales and collection goals.
• Greet, communicate and keep patients informed about their visit.
• Obtain high treatment acceptance by explaining cost, insurance coverage and financial alternatives.
• Solicit referrals from patients.
• Ensure highly productive days by managing patient scheduling.
