Frugé Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Baton Rouge. You will educate new patients about treatment options, discuss financial plans, and help build lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication and sales skills, is empathetic, proactive, and capable of coordinating appointments, payments, and referrals to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability build rapport with patients.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on available treatment options.
• Explain financial arrangements and payment options.
• Cultivate strong relationships with patients.
• Schedule consultations and begin treatment.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as necessary.
• Assist in local store marketing and events.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
