Frugé Orthodontics in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Treatment Coordinator to educate patients on orthodontic options and help with financial arrangements. You will follow up on potential patients, schedule consultations, and keep treatment schedules full, while coordinating referrals to specialists when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on plans.
• Explain financial options and educate on payment plans.
• Follow up on pending reports and schedule treatments.
• Prepare patients for exams and consultations.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists prior to treatment as needed.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
