Qualifications

• HS diploma required; college education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or other service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to discuss treatment options and financing with patients.

Responsibilities

• Educate new patients on treatment options and present plans; overcome objections.
• Explain financial options and educate patients on payment plans.
• Process pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams and coordinate scheduling of consultations.
• Follow up to set up consultations or start treatment and keep schedules full.
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists prior to treatment as needed.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
