Farina Orthodontic Specialists is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on treatment options, discuss financials, and foster strong patient relationships. You will manage reports, schedule consultations, and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.

The role requires upbeat, proactive individuals with excellent communication and a patient-first mindset. Related experience in sales or service is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans to patients and educate on options.
• Explain financial options and work with payment plans.
